Excluded products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hygiene products and consumables (exam gloves, disinfectant wipes, any opened product) cannot be returned or refunded. Only unopened products in resalable condition are eligible.
Process
Write to rd.distribution.co@gmail.com with your order number before returning anything. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the error is ours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
